At MODÈLE,  our candles are individually hand-poured using a blend of natural soy wax and pure white organic beeswax , which are eco-friendly and non-toxic. We use high quality cotton wicks and fragrance oil that have been tested to ensure a clean and long lasting burn time.

Wax spillage is to be expected from your SCULPTURAL candles. The unusual shapes of these candles make it difficult for them to burn evenly. As a result, it is important to follow proper candle burning practices , such as placing them on a heat-resistant tray before lighting them in order to avoid any safety hazard. Please review our CANDLE CARE ADVICE for more information on how to care for your candles if you wish to burn them.

It is also worth nothing that wax spillage and irregularities are often considered part of the charm and uniqueness of sculptural candles.

Please note that over time, your black candles may develop frosting, which is a natural occurrence in vegetable waxes, hence our Signature color “COAL BLACK”.

This will create a stone-like effect on the surface of the candle. This happens because the wax is reverting to its natural state and starts to crystallize.

However, it is important to note that frosting does not affect the candle's functionality in any way. In fact, it indicates that the wax used is completely natural.

Once we ship your package, it now falls under the liability of the courier, and sometimes there may be issues that are beyond our control. If you have any questions or updates about your package, please contact the shipping service, we will always provide you with a tracking information.  If your package has not arrived within 20 days of your order date, feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to help.

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please inform us immediately within 24 hours to ensure that we can make the necessary changes before your order is shipped. We strive to provide excellent customer service and are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to the correct address. Therefore, please make sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facility, it is no longer our responsibility and any issues with the delivery now falls under the liability of the courier. Please contact them directly if there are any problems or delays.

To track your order, we will send you an email with the tracking info once it has shipped. Please allow 48 business hours for it to update.

We ship internationally, and you can check the shipping rates and taxes for your area during checkout. If you're ordering from outside Canada, please be aware that customs may charge duties and import taxes upon delivery, and you'll be responsible for paying them.

Please note that placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it, and it may sell out before you complete your purchase. We process orders in the order that they are received.
