Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please inform us immediately within 24 hours to ensure that we can make the necessary changes before your order is processed and shipped. We strive to provide excellent customer service and are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to the correct address. Therefore, please make sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Once an order is processed, we are no longer able to make any changes.
Orders are confirmed by electronic mail, and a tracking number is provided for shipment which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping takes approximately 6-10 business days after the order has been processed.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@modelehomedecor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Our COAL BLACK candles are made to order, so please allow 7 business days for your candles to be made and shipped.

All Domestic Canadian shipping is by Canada Post. All orders are shipped from OTTAWA, Ontario. Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays).
