RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MODÈLE, all of our products are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time unless your package has been damaged during shipment or you've received the wrong items.
After receiving your order, kindly examine your item(s) thoroughly and get in touch with us immediately in case the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or faulty items
If you believe you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please report it to us at contact@modelehomedecor.com within 24 hours and we will treat this with the highest of priority.
We will require evidence of the defective or damaged item(s) to assess the problem and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Please note that it is important to read the product description carefully for every item as some have distinctive features that are not deemed as faults.
RETURNS HAVE TO BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY MODÈLE.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- The product you’re returning
- Images of damages or defects
- If you would like an exchange OR Store credit
Refund Policy
We only offer exchanges or store credit for damaged products or if you received incorrect items, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving your package.
